Education Section: Do we Ecologists Educate?

Tuesday, August 12, 2014

The Education section is made up of all sorts of ecologists and scientists.  We believe it is our responsibility to help students and citizen scientists understand ecosystems and living organisms through research, observations and study.  We teach large and small groups of students in classrooms, in the forests, fields, lakes, rivers and seas and even in cities.

Every ecologist should be a member of the education section because we all have a mission to share our knowledge of the earth and its ecosystems.  One of the education section’s activities is at the annual meetings is the REEFS session.
