WK 17 - Google Earth Software: Applications for Ecological Research
ARCGIS software is standard for scientific analysis because it is very powerful, but it is expensive and difficult to use. Google Earth software is less powerful, but is free and much simpler to use. I will demonstrate the use of Google Earth software for ecological applications using a case study, summarize many examples and applications of Google Earth software, and take questions.
