Background/Question/Methods
In November 2009, ESA convened the first Millennium Conference on "Water-Ecosystem Services, Drought, and Environmental Justice". In conjunction with the conference, the Education Office at ESA solicited contributions for a special collection of teaching resources to be included in the EcoEd Digital Library: "Drought & Water-Ecosystem Services".

In conjunction with the conference, the Education Office at ESA solicited contributions for a special collection of teaching resources to be included in the EcoEd Digital Library: "Drought & Water-Ecosystem Services".
Results/Conclusions
The solicitation resulted in the addition of ten new resources to the library before the conference, including videos developed by conference attendees and presented during the event as Case Studies. These were among the first video resources added to the library. Two photograph collections, one dataset, three classroom activities, and three additional videos were also contributed to the collection.
