The right to nature v. the right to have children: Is there a winner?

There is legal authority for both a fundamental human right to nature and to have children. Yet the two rights seem to conflict. How do we resolve that conflict?

Results/Conclusions

This paper will explain the bases for both rights, examine how they operate and conflict, and propose a way to resolve the conflict called the Responsible Parenting model.
