Modernizing severely aged infrastructure can be a daunting financial prospect for many water agencies. But they don't have to do it alone. Green infrastructure strategies, in particular, can advance the goals of many agencies, so by pooling resources each can gain more value for their investment. Customers and companies, too, can bring resources to the table if utilities can craft policies to harness and reward their investment for system-wide benefit. This presentation will cite a number of examples in the Pacific Northwest.
